Do not fear; I will help you
“I thank God for how He has worked in my life. When I was younger, I worried a lot—so much that I often experienced panic attacks. But as I’ve grown and surrendered my life to Jesus, those panic attacks have disappeared, and worry has become minimal in my everyday life. I hold on to the truth that all things work together for good to those who love God.
“Isaiah 41:13 reminds us, ‘For I am the LORD your God, who takes hold of your right hand and tells you: Do not fear, I will help you.’
“As I’ve been preparing to leave as a missionary, I’ve had the opportunity to speak before congregations at several churches across the valley. In the moments leading up to speaking, my heart begins to race, and I can’t help but imagine myself slipping on stage in front of everyone! Yet each time I step onto the platform and look out at the crowd, God stills my shaking hands and fills me with peace.
“I consider this a “God wink,” because He has given me the ability to recognize the moments that once would have triggered a panic attack. Now, instead, I ask God to calm my heart, remembering that He holds my hand and says, ‘Do not fear; I will help you.’ And He does!”

Friends and Family
I have experienced a “God wink” through the people God has placed in my life, especially my family and friends. Over the past couple of weeks, they have shown me an incredible amount of encouragement and love in ways that have felt perfectly timed.
Sometimes God’s presence is shown not only through grand events, but through the everyday kindness of the people He places in our lives.

A Divine Wedding Dress
" I hate going shopping. I am not a shopper, and the idea of searching for a wedding dress was just paralyzing for me.
“I went to a birthday party recently and ran into a girlfriend I haven’t seen in about 6 months. I told her that I was getting married! To my surprise, she mentioned that she had a brand-new, unworn wedding dress in her closet that she had kept for eight years.
Brand new. My size.
“She brought it over to my house that week, and it fit perfectly, as if it were made for me. I cried because I never would have found a dress like that. I feel that was God saying, ‘ I knew this was going to stress you out. Here’s your dress.’
“I love that it was in her closet for 8 years, and God knew it would eventually end up in my hands. It’s the little things that God talks to all of our hearts that mean so much to us uniquely. My God winks are so personal and powerful, but I’m sure that’s the case for each individual. I thought this one was really special.
“I have a wedding dress from God. "

Surprise!
“ Not too long ago, I was watching one of my favorite tv shows when all of a sudden my television stopped working! All I could see were red lines, and it was very disappointing as I like to watch TV when I am home alone.
“Later on, as I was reading a book, my daughter came running through the door. She yelled, ‘Surprise, surprise!’ and presented me with a brand-new television!
“Praise the Lord for how He’s always sending winks my way and takes such good care of me.
This is the Andromeda Galaxy
The Andromeda Galaxy is a massive spiral galaxy and the closest large neighbor to our own Milky Way Galaxy.
Located about 2.5 million light-years from Earth, it contains roughly one trillion stars, with a bright central bulge filled with older stars.
Andromeda and the Milky Way are moving toward each other and are expected to collide in about 4–5 billion years, eventually merging to form one enormous galaxy.
Despite its enormous distance, the Andromeda Galaxy holds a special distinction: it is the most distant object visible to the human eye without a telescope under dark skies.
